Internet bookings or walk in customers:
Once your booking payment is received, you may make any amendments needed by contacting us any time prior to your check-in/arrival date. If your date of arrival or travel plans change, please notify us as soon as possible, so we can make sure we have everything ready for you.
Cancellations may be made up to 12 days after a booking is made free of charge. If a cancellation is made after the 12 day period of a booking and before 14 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking fee will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to check-in date or after 60 days of making the reservation, this will result in forfeit of total deposit.
No shows will forfeit 100% of deposit.
